Tequila Lime Salmon

4 oz. salmon fillet
1 1/2 tsp. evoo
1/2 cup 365 Tequila Lime Salsa (Whole Foods)
1 grapefruit, peeled and pith removed, cut into segments
1 tangerine, peeled and pith removed, cut into segments
salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange Salmon on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush salmon with oil and season with salt. In a bowl, combine salsa, grapefruit and tangerine, Spoon evenly over salmon and bake until just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Serve with additional salsa or over quinoa. Enjoy.
