Cape Town

Buying heavy outerwear in the Winter isn't really necessary if your living in Southern California. I usually make it by the cold season with just a heavy sweater or lightweight jacket piece.....like this cape. Got mine at Jane. I'm digging the cape for various reasons. The style being #1. Two, the ease of layering underneath and three, the comfort! Yay!

Maxin' and Relaxin'

I'm all for lookin' polished (maxin') and being comfortable (relaxin'). I've always loved wearing maxi skirts. This Fall, pair with your favorite cozy knit. Get the look at Jane.

Eating Clean

I've been trying to get into the "lifestyle" of healthier eating. Its hard, but definitely doable. I've been experimenting a lot with quinoa and found a few great recipes. What can I say, I'm asian and I love rice! ;-) I needed an alternative. Found it. Delish!

The unconditional love for a little brother(sibling).........the joy.........*sigh* I am soooooo truly blessed!!!

DIY Costumes for Babies

I always found it hard to find a cute, comfortable and fun costume for my kids at 4 or 5 months. All the costumes usually run a little big for this age or have way to much uncomfortable fabric they wont wear. Came across these cute DIY costumes. Princess Leia and Baby Sushi. =) Happy Halloween!

Current Obsession: Lace up/open back Chunky Knit Cardigan

I appreciate any piece that has special (back) detail or has a bit of de-construction, but still fits well. Currently obsessed with this chunky knit available at Jane. Great transition piece for this kind of (So Cal) hot and cold weather. Pair with shorts, leggings, jeans or with a dress. Obsessed!!!
